How it works:
When you add your site you will be provided with a unique URL which
you must use to be listed on Best 100 Free. We will log all incoming
visitors from your site and the more traffic you send us, the higher
your site will be listed on our site. The list will reset every
5 days and you need to send one visitor per 5 days to be listed.
Rules:
No porn sites, hacking, warez or sites with any illegal activity.
You must have a real site with real content.
You must place a link on your website to Best 100 Free.
You must have a site which offers something free.
The primary language of your site must be English.
Don't lie or use all caps in your site title or description.
The form has to be correctly written with a valid e-mail address.
No blind or misleading links or hidden frames.
Only send hits from the registred site.
One pop-up window is allowed per site, but it must at least have the size 700x400 with all menus and bars.
Do not force your visitors to download anything when entering your site.
Your website should not have too many popups or ads, we want pages with real content.
We reserve the right to edit or remove your site if you do not follow these rules.
